Stub annotation for Calcite vendored code. This is a minimal implementation to satisfy compilation requirements. Source-only annotation, no runtime impact.

This annotation is used by vendored Apache Calcite code to indicate nullable types. It has no semantic meaning in GSP and is retained only for source compatibility.
