Purchasing & Orders¶
We are resellers. Can we purchase your products for our customers?¶
Yes, resellers are welcome!
We support purchases made by resellers on behalf of their end-customers.
Process for Resellers:
- Purchase Online: You can purchase the required licenses directly from our online shop.
- Provide Customer Details: After completing the purchase, please email us at sales@gudusoft.com with the following information for the end-customer:
- Company Name
- Contact Person Name
- Email Address
- Mailing Address (if applicable)
- License Delivery: The full licensed version will typically be made available for download to the end-customer (or as directed by you) within 1-2 working days after order confirmation and payment processing.
Reseller Discounts:
- Standard pricing applies for initial purchases.
- Discounts may be available for resellers with a consistent volume of sales (typically starting after 50+ licenses). Please contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.
Can we purchase via an emailed Purchase Order (PO)?¶
Purchase Orders Accepted
Yes, we accept Purchase Orders (POs), especially from corporate and institutional customers.
How to Purchase via PO:
- Request a Quote: If you don't have a formal quote, please contact sales@gudusoft.com with your licensing requirements (license type, number of developers, database vendors needed).
- Issue PO: Send your official Purchase Order document to sales@gudusoft.com. Please ensure the PO includes:
- Your company's full billing information.
- The end-user information (if different).
- Product name (General SQL Parser) and specific license details (e.g., Team License, Oracle & SQL Server support).
- Quoted price.
- PO number.
- Authorized signature.
- Payment: Payment terms will be specified on our invoice (typically Net 30, subject to credit approval). We accept bank transfers and credit card payments.
- License Delivery: Licenses are typically delivered upon receipt and acceptance of the PO, or upon payment confirmation, depending on the agreed terms.
Our award-winning payment processor also facilitates various payment methods, and we strive to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible.

- Your company name and contact information.
- The type of license(s) you are interested in (e.g., Site License, Distribution License).
- The number of developers (if applicable).
- The specific database vendors you need GSP to support.
- Any specific terms or information required on the quote.

What payment methods do you accept?¶

License Delivery¶
How and when will I receive my license after purchase?¶

Once your payment is confirmed or your Purchase Order is processed:
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the full licensed version of General SQL Parser.
- This typically occurs within 1-2 working days.
- The download will be available from a secure section of our official website.
- The license itself is usually embedded or provided as a key/file that activates the full features of the software.
