The retired switches of the migration from the legacy text-keyed routine maps to the typed routine index (RoutineAliasRegistry). Routines, their definitions, Oracle packages and function results are all keyed by the names as written now, and nothing reads these properties any more; the migration's tests still set them, so they pin that no answer depends on them.
