Recomputes every id of a lineage document from the identity inputs it carries (identity-v1.md, Section 6), as the reference's check-ids and fill-ids do (sqllr_ids.py, DocumentIds and check_document).

Canonical segment keys are read from the document (canonicalKey); checking them against the identifier-rule data is the IDENTITY stage's job. An endpoint declared LOCAL whose class is portable is accepted and listed as unchecked, because the qualification policy needs the profile data.

A finding is reported where the reference reports it; every input the class cannot check is listed as a note. Owner chains and derived-unit chains are walked with explicit lists, so their length is not limited by the thread stack; a chain that returns to itself is a note (owners) or REF_OWNER_CYCLE (units).
