SIMPLE_FOLD

public static final IdentifierRules.CaseCollapse SIMPLE_FOLD

Unicode simple case folding (CaseFolding.txt statuses C and S). The default, and the only behaviour before 2026-10: BigQuery columns, Hive / Teradata / DuckDB quoted names, every custom cell built with the four-argument constructor.

LOWER_SIMPLE

Simple lowercase mapping (IdentifierRules.CaseFold.LOWER_SIMPLE). MySQL table names under lower_case_table_names 1 and 2, column and index names: ſ and s, ς and σ are DIFFERENT columns, İ and i the same table.

UPPER_SIMPLE

public static final IdentifierRules.CaseCollapse UPPER_SIMPLE

Simple uppercase mapping (IdentifierRules.CaseFold.UPPER_SIMPLE). MySQL routine and parameter names: ı and i are the same function.

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

valueOf

public static IdentifierRules.CaseCollapse valueOf(String name)

Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)

Parameters:

name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.

Returns:

the enum constant with the specified name

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name

NullPointerException - if the argument is null
