Where can I find pricing information?

Quote-based pricing

GSP is licensed per database dialect (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, …) with unlimited developers — so pricing depends on the dialects you select. The license is perpetual and never expires.

How can I get a formal quote?

Request a Quote

Email sales@gudusoft.com — we usually reply within one business day.

To request a quote, please provide:

  • Your company name and contact information.
  • The edition you need (Java or .NET).
  • The database dialects you need GSP to support.
  • Whether you will redistribute GSP inside your own product (this requires a Distribution License).
  • Any specific terms or information required on the quote.

Purchasing & Orders

Can we purchase via an emailed Purchase Order (PO)?

Purchase Orders Accepted

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders with Net 30, Net 45, or Net 60 terms, especially from corporate and institutional customers.

How to Purchase via PO:

  1. Request a Quote: Contact sales@gudusoft.com with your licensing requirements (edition, database dialects, redistribution needs).
  2. Issue PO: Send your official Purchase Order document to sales@gudusoft.com. Please ensure the PO includes:
    • Your company's full billing information.
    • The end-user information (if different).
    • Product name (General SQL Parser) and specific license details (e.g., edition and database dialects).
    • Quoted price.
    • PO number.
    • Authorized signature.
  3. Payment: Payment terms will be specified on our invoice (Net 30/45/60 as agreed). We accept bank transfers and credit card payments.
  4. License Delivery: Licenses are typically delivered upon receipt and acceptance of the PO, or upon payment confirmation, depending on the agreed terms.

We are resellers. Can we purchase your products for our customers?

Yes, resellers are welcome!

We support purchases made by resellers on behalf of their end-customers.

Process for Resellers:

  1. Request a Quote: Email sales@gudusoft.com with the end-customer's licensing requirements.
  2. Provide Customer Details: After completing the purchase, please email us the following information for the end-customer:
    • Company Name
    • Contact Person Name
    • Email Address
    • Mailing Address (if applicable)
  3. License Delivery: The full licensed version will typically be made available for download to the end-customer (or as directed by you) within 1-2 working days after order confirmation and payment processing.

Reseller Discounts:

  • Standard pricing applies for initial purchases.
  • Discounts may be available for resellers with a consistent volume of sales. Please contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

Flexible Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate our global customers:

  • Purchase Orders: Net 30, Net 45, or Net 60 terms (corporate and institutional customers).
  • Bank/Wire Transfer: Bank details will be provided on the invoice.
  • Online Payment: Credit cards processed securely by our payment provider.

License Delivery

How and when will I receive my license after purchase?

License Delivery Process

Once your payment is confirmed or your Purchase Order is processed:

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the full licensed version of General SQL Parser.
  • This typically occurs within 1-2 working days.
  • The download will be available from a secure section of our official website.
  • The license itself is usually embedded or provided as a key/file that activates the full features of the software.

Special Discounts
